This Shipping Policy describes how The Obscure (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers orders to customers in Greece and Cyprus.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Greece and Cyprus

At this time, we do not ship to other countries.

2. Shipping Methods

a. Courier Delivery

We cooperate with reliable courier partners to deliver your order directly to your home or business address.

b. BoxNow Locker Delivery

We offer delivery to BoxNow lockers for convenient and flexible pickup.
Customers may choose their preferred BoxNow locker during checkout.

Once your parcel arrives at the selected locker, you will receive a unique pickup PIN via SMS or email.
Parcels can be collected 24/7 from the selected BoxNow locker.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on:

Delivery method (Courier or BoxNow)

Package weight/size (if applicable)

All shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

A tracking number for Courier shipments

A BoxNow pickup code (PIN) for locker deliveries

You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system or the BoxNow tracking page.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Missing apartment number

Unreachable recipient

We can resend the order once additional shipping fees are paid.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

8. Failed Deliveries or Uncollected Parcels
Courier

If delivery attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us.
Reshipping fees may apply.

BoxNow

Parcels must be collected within BoxNow’s designated pickup period.
Uncollected parcels are automatically returned to us.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If your parcel is lost in transit:

We will open a claim with the carrier.

A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is completed.

10. Customs & Duties for Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus may undergo customs inspection.
In most cases, no additional charges apply, but if duties or fees arise, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
