Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders shipped within Greece and Cyprus.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

Items Excluded From Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings) once opened

Products returned in poor condition, used, or missing original packaging/tags

2. Conditions for Returning Products

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition

Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

Be returned within 14 days of notifying us about the withdrawal

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Return Procedure

Returns must be shipped using a courier of your choice or BoxNow, unless otherwise specified.

Return Shipping Costs

Greece: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Cyprus: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not accept “Cash on Delivery” return shipments.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will:

Replace the item at no additional cost, or

Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (original shipping cost) are not refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details (IBAN, name, etc.).

6. Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested based on product availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning and re-shipping items (unless the return is due to our error).

7. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

Packages not claimed from courier pick-up points or returned due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier.
